• Student Meal Accounts

Infinite Campus Point of Sale (POS), the computerized food service portion of the district student information system permits each child to have a personal meal account. An ID card read by a scanner or a personal identification number (PIN) entered into a keypad accesses money deposited into a child's account.  The secretaries at the Sherrard and Winola Elementary buildings keep ID cards. Matherville Intermediate and the Junior/Senior High student’s enter their pin number into a keypad.

Parents are encouraged to make advanced periodic deposits to eliminate cash handling.  Once an account has been established, a child proceeds through the food service line and the amount of the meal is deducted from the account. Children qualifying for free or reduced meals are also eligible for a personal meal account.

To make a deposit you can either send cash/check to school. Cash or checks sent for elementary students should be in an envelope marked “LUNCH DEPOSIT”.  Also include the child's name, grade and amount of the deposit and make checks payable to Sherrard CUSD 200 or the building.

A credit card can also be used to make deposits in your students account, find information here.
