Mental Health Resources
Governor Pritzker announced a new resource for the people of Illinois for concerns related to COVID-19. CALL4CALM enables residents to send a text to receive a return call from a behavioral health professional to answer their questions/provide resources related to mental health resources, unemployment, food, and shelter.
The American School Counselor Association has gathered several resources for students. Please see the link below for more information.
The link below provides some apps and sites that have meditation and mindfulness exercises, as well as local resources for people struggling with mental health or domestic violence concerns:
