Meetings

The regular monthly meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month. Meetings are held in the High School Library at 6:00pm.  Any changes in that schedule will be posted on our facebook page.  Every meeting is open to the public.

Funding Requests

The funding request form is to be completed for any funding/donation request being made.  If the request is directly school related (ex. coach, sports, field trips) it must go through the Activities Director at the High School Office.  Others may submit the form directly to the Booster Board.  All requesters are required to attend a Booster Board meeting to present the request and to answer any questions the board may have about the request.

2024-25 Board Members

The Sherrard Booster Club is always looking for more board members!  Board members are a group of individuals who attend monthly meetings, have a vote in funding decisions, facilitate and plan fundraisers, open and close concession stand during home events, not to mention have a lot of fun together supporting our Tigers!  If you are interested in volunteering your time and helping make funding decisions for the club come join us at a meeting to check us out.  Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of every month at 6:00PM in the high school library, unless otherwise noted on our Facebook page.
