Hello everyone, I am very proud to be part of the Sherrard School District since 2016. I am the school nurse for Sherrard Elementary and have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a School Nurse Certification endorsement through Illinois State Board of Education. My past work experiences include working in hospital and doctors’ offices. Experience in working with medical/surgical patients, post-operative patients, allergy, and internal medicine.

My husband and I have 3 children; 2 have graduated from Sherrard and 1 is still in the district. We enjoy being part of this awesome community and school district.

Hello! I've been a nurse for over 20 years and am proud to be the Sherrard JH/HS nurse as of 2026. I obtained my ADN from Black Hawk College and a BA from WIU. I am working on an MPH and my school nurse certification. My background in hospitals, clinics, and home hospice spans experience in clinical, research, and administrative work. I continue to work per diem in cardiology research.

My husband and I have 3 children and live in the Sherrard district. In my spare time I enjoy my family, gardening, exploring, and creating.

Hello everyone, my name is Reshea Lawson and I am proud to represent Winola Elementary as your school nurse! I have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, with 10 years of experience. I have, and still do, work at Unity Point Health in Rock Island. I care for cardiac, respiratory and pulmonary impaired patients.

My husband and I have been together since 2004 and we have 2 children in the district. In my spare time I enjoy gardening, reading, swimming and coaching softball and gymnastics!!

Hi, I am Dale Kling. I have been a nurse since 1976. I graduated from Black Hawk College in 1976 with an ADN Degree. I have worked as a medical-surgical nurse and Emergency nurse. For 20 years, I worked at Skip-a-Long Day Care as their nurse. I have substituted for Rock Island schools as school Nurse since 2016 and drove a school bus for Rockridge. I am happy to have joined Sherrard Schools at Matherville.
