Hey Sherrard Tigers!  

Get ready to live out your fairytale because the theme for Homecoming 2025 has been revealed: Disney "Once Upon a Roar!"

Homecoming week will take place from Monday, September 29th, through Saturday, October 4th. We'll be facing off against our rivals, the Monmouth-Roseville Titans.

       Parade Form       

Businesses and groups interested in having a float in the parade should complete a parade form before Tuesday, September 30th.

Add to your calendar! Key dates you won't want to miss:

Wednesday, October 1st: Best of the Classes Competition and a Tiger Tailgate.

• Join us from 5:00 - 6:00 PM for a pre-game tailgate!
• A $5:00 meal deal will be available for purchase. Tickets must be purchased in advance, either during lunch periods at the Junior High or High Schools, or at the football game on Sept. 26th to help the Boosters perpare.
• At 6:15 PM, we will introduce the royalty and announce the King and Queen.
• Stick around for skits, cheers, a band performance, and speeches from fall sports captains.
   

Thursday, October 2nd: Homecoming Parade 

• The parade begins at 6:15 PM in Sherrard.
• Lineup starts at 5:30PM behind the Unit Office.
• Participating in the parade? Be sure to complete the Parade Form above and return it to Vanessa Schulenberg by September 30th.
• Important Traffic Update: For everyone's safety, all parade drop-offs and driving participants must enter only through the Unit Office entrance.  There will be no through traffic between the baseball field and the district office.

Friday, October 3rd: Homecoming football game.

• Cheer on our Sherrard Tigers as they take on the Titans!
• We'll celebrate our King, Queen, and Court before the game at 6:30 PM.
• Kickoff is at 7:00 PM

Saturday, October 4th: Homecoming Dance

• The dance runs from 7:00 - 10:00 PM.  Coronation is at 8:00 PM.
• To watch the coronation, please arrive by 7:45 PM
• Tickets will be sold for $10 during B and C lunches the week of September 29th - October 3rd. NO tickets will be sold at the door. The dance is open to all 9th-12th graders in good standing. Any student bringing a date from another school must have the paperwork completed and turned in to the office before purchasing tickets.
