Our very own eighth-grader, Lane Weber, showcased his cattle operation record book at the state awards day this past Saturday.
Lane's journey to state involved winning both the section and district competitions. Competing in the State Discovery STAR Farmer category, he achieved a remarkable state runner-up position.
"We are incredibly excited to watch him grow and succeed as he transitions into high school," said ag instructor Ellie Franks.
