The Sherrard music program is celebrating a $6,505 boost thanks to the success of their Sept. 7 Mattress Fundraiser. Tim DeVoss, owner of the eastern Iowa and central Illinois Custom Fundraising Solutions territories, presented the earnings to the band and choir directors.
“We had a good turnout this year. I’m glad to have a new bed—it was quick and easy,” shared Choir Director Callen Sederquist. Band Director Kelsey Pudlas added, “It was nice to see members of the community out supporting us.”
DeVoss noted the overwhelmingly positive feedback from customers, with deliveries running ahead of schedule and high satisfaction reported. "We’ve raised over $60 million nationwide since 2005 for over 3,000 organizations,” he said.
The directors are already planning next year’s event, so mark your calendars if you missed out this time!
