Sixth grade Challenge class at Matherville Intermediate, students delved into the fascinating world of owl pellet dissection recently.
"We're exploring systems in our unit, understanding how parts work together and impact each other. After studying ecosystems, we dissected owl pellets to see firsthand how the owl's digestive system functions and its role in our local ecosystem," said challenge teacher Tara Morey.
