Fundraiser: Freshman Class Senate Dodgeball Tournament
Calling all high school and junior high students, alumni and staff, get your teams of 10 together for the third annual Dodgeball Tournament brought to you by the Freshman Class Senate. Sign-up packets are in the High School Office and must be turned in with your $20 team payment by Friday, May 3rd.
What: Single Elimination Dodgeball Tournament
When: Monday, May 13 @ 5:30 p.m.
Where: Sherrard High School, Gym 1
Community members and families are welcome to watch for $2 per person. Baked goods, drinks, and snacks will also be available to purchase. If you have any questions, please contact the Freshman Senate sponsor, Chris Zippe at zippec@sherrard.us. -

We are eager to meet our new kindergarten students for the 2024-2025 school year. To enroll in Kindergarten, you must be 5 years old by September 1, 2024.

Sherrard Officials Collaborate to Address Bullying
In this collaborative video, Sherrard Superintendent, Dr. Carl Johnson, High School Assistant Principal Alex Johnson, Instructional Technology Coach Steve Miller and School Resource Officer, and Rock Island County Deputy Mike Mendoza all urge students to talk to an adult as soon as they feel they are a victim of bullying - plus, they discuss the protocols that go into effect when officials are notified about an alleged incident of bullying.
