Howdy!  My name is Casey Wyant and I am thrilled to be serving as Principal of Sherrard Elementary School! In addition to being Sherrard Alumni, I have earned degrees at Illinois State, St. Ambrose, and Western Illinois Universities with emphasis in Psychology, Elementary and Special Education, and Educational Leadership.

Having been born and raised in Sherrard, I take great pride in returning to my roots to give back and serve the people of our community. Since graduating from Sherrard High School in 2002, I have been focused on developing my skillset to better understand, determine, and improve the ways in which we educate and prepare our next generations. It is most certainly an honor to bring this knowledge and experience back to Sherrard and join with such incredibly motivated staff members, high-achieving students, and dedicated families.
