Beginning April 3, 2020 students & staff will begin following the district remote learning plan.

Sherrard Intermediate 6th grade teacher Stacy Harroun is one of a legion of teachers that had to adapt quickly to keep students engaged during remote learning.
These students recorded their own parts at perfect tempo, with correct notes, in their own homes, and sent the videos to Mr. Grayson, Director of Sherrard Bands to be edited and put together in order to create this amazing video.
“Sometimes it feels like we’re ‘building the airplane as we are flying it’, yet we are doing it well,” said Kathy Felt, 8th grade math teacher with the Sherrard School District, about what it’s like to teach online during a pandemic.
Sherrard School District has developed a graduation ceremony plan consisting of three progressive scenarios.

Teachers at Sherrard High School are making sure students are prepared to learn from home. "It's more students than I anticipated," Sherrard High School choir teacher Callen Sederquist said. Sederquist is a volunteer for "Tiger Express." It's where 22 Sherrard teachers and staff deliver food and packets of printed off school work to students.

To begin the enrollment process for Kindergarten, please complete and submit the following form. Your information will be added to our contact lists and you will receive additional information when registration opens for the upcoming school year. Students must be five years of age by September 1st to be eligible for Kindergarten.

Related service logs for students with an IEP, will include the date the service was provided, the type of service, and the amount of time the service was provided.
