  • WHBF News: Sherrard School District in need of substitute bus drivers

    School bus drivers are in high demand in the Quad Cities area. Sherrard is one district that needs substitute drivers. It has 13 full-time routes and only three substitute drivers right now. One factor contributing to the shortage is the requirement to have a commercial driver’s license. Local 4 News found out what the lack of drivers could mean for students and parents.

  • Pay it Forward Honors High School Teacher

    Tammy Crippen has thirty years of teaching under her belt. Twenty, spent with the Sherrard School District. To this day she still has a love for the Tigers and the purple and gold. "I actually graduated from here," said Tammy, working at her alma mater to spread the lessons she was taught growing up.

    To begin the enrollment process for Kindergarten, please complete and submit the following form. Your information will be added to our contact lists and you will receive additional information when registration opens for the upcoming school year. Students must be five years of age by September 1st to be eligible for Kindergarten.

  • Preschool Screening

    All children 3 years old on or before March 2, 2020 can participate in preschool screening. The next screening will be at Winola Elementary from 9:00AM to 2:00PM. Please call (309) 596-2114 for an appointment.
